It's the Devil, Stupid! Our Real Enemy and Why We Don't
Talk About Him
by Erik Rush
Why are so many
professed people of faith afraid to discuss the idea that the devil is alive and well and
raising hell in America? The fear of addressing this openly is of course the same fear of
incrimination, ridicule and persecution which keeps people of faith from speaking out
against many of the societal evils we face today. It's The Devil, Stupid! is
intended to be a clarion call for all, familiarizing readers on a personal level with the
concept that despite modernism, technological and social advances and our collective ego,
there is still but one prime motivator for all corruption of humankind.
"If it
weren't for bold Christians like Erik Rush, I shudder to think how dark the world would
be. Thank God I don't have to. Mr. Rush speaks for me and many others when he writes,
'[D]espite modernism, technological and social advances and our collective ego, the devil
is still the prime motivator for all corruption of humankind.'"

"'It's
the Devil, Stupid!' is a must-read for the Christian and non-Christian alike. It is both a
blunt and challenging book that I recommend to all persons. When you have finished - if
your opinion and understanding of evil in the world has not been brought into sharp focus
- there remains only one reason and Erik touches on same."
