Holder & Obama: A 1-2 impeachment punch

Holder & Obama: A 1-2 impeachment punch

obama-holder1On the one hand, I’d hate to be a fly on the wall of the White House these days, considering the palpable tension that must certainly exist given the pressures from mounting scandals, the ire of the American people over the chaotic Obamacare rollout and President Obama’s serial deceptions concerning same.

On the other hand, I might quite enjoy being a fly on the wall of the White House these days.

As was widely reported, on Nov. 19, a group of House Republicans introduced a resolution to call for the impeachment of Attorney General Eric Holder. The resolution alleges that Holder committed “high crimes and misdemeanors” during his tenure as head of the Justice Department, specifically relating to Holder’s lack of cooperation during their investigation into the Operation Fast and Furious gun-tracking scandal, his refusal to prosecute individuals involved in the Internal Revenue Services’ targeting of conservative political nonprofit groups, his failure to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act and alleged false testimony regarding the Department of Justice investigating Fox News reporter James Rosen.

Last year, the House voted to cite Holder for contempt of court after he refused to turn over documents relating to Fast and Furious. Holder filed an appeal to prevent that case from going forward last week, but early this week, a federal judge denied his request.

Oprah Winfrey is a Slug

Oprah Winfrey is a Slug

(VIDEO BELOW)

Oprah Winfrey is officially a slug. A big, squishy, fat black slug. No, wait! Actually, I think she’s the gunk that comes out of slugs; that silver slime they leave behind where they’ve been.

In a recent interview with the BBC, Oprah said that both Barack Obama and the Office of President have been treated with contempt because of the color of his skin.

Where does this billionaire bitch get off? How is it that a majority of whites in America voted for Obama – twice – if there is so much racism in America? How is it that so many blacks are mega-successful, idolized, and influential – like her, for example? How many people who have treated poor little Barry Obama with disrespect in America because of the color of his skin is she referring to? Three? Five?

oprah111513

Also – as a friend of mine just pointed out – if you will notice, Oprah NEVER talks about facts; she only talks about how things make her feel. This lady doesn’t even know the facts about Obama and his sordid, criminal, and radical past… or does she, but overlooks them because he’s black? This is to say nothing of the irresponsibility of using her influence to promote a viewpoint that is not only monumentally stupid, but dangerously inflammatory, all over the globe.

In reality – like so many liberal black phonies – Oprah is the racist. As we all know, if Obama were white, he never would have gotten away with dragging America to the gates of hell. LOOK AROUND!

Obama’s a dictator – what more evidence do we need?

obama_dictator1At the White House on Tuesday, President Obama delivered a statement and took questions from reporters on the partial government shutdown and the ongoing fight over raising the federal debt ceiling. I think that the only thing worse than having to endure the interminable effluvia of falsehoods was having to hear them over and again as he flapped his meaty, deceitful lips for an entire hour.

Obama’s oratory was a study in redundancy, fearmongering and demagoguery. Singling out tea-party Republicans for demonization and repeatedly employing such terms as threats, chaos, ransom, catastrophe and even nuclear bomb, he blatantly lied again and again about having been willing to “work with” Republicans all along and fiscal realities in general.

As I have been wont to say in recent weeks, Obama’s message, and that of the Democratic congressional leadership, at this point appears to be tailored for the most intellectually indolent, vapid couch potatoes. Even more disturbing is the militant rhetoric being used by Obama and his surrogates; in recent days, they have referred to Republican lawmakers as “hostage-takers” and “terrorists” with “bombs strapped to their chests.”

Obama and Islam: A poisonous synergy

I don’t particularly enjoy being the bearer of bad news. In addition to reticence toward being a wet blanket or bringing people down, there is always the component in human nature that wants to kill the messenger, so to speak, in reaction to bad news.

People do not like to admit they’ve been taken. Many find this particularly shameful, and will do their level best to deny that they’ve been duped or betrayed by a trusted party, whomever that party may be or the level of existing trust. Consequently, no one wants to be the one to break the bad news about an associate’s prospective love interest being a gold-digger, or the friend who’s been talking behind another friend’s back.

toxic1If one doesn’t have a relationship with the recipient of said bad news, there is additional danger, since there’s no benefit of purporting to act in their best interest.

The American people have been betrayed in two areas that may be seemingly unrelated, but play to the same sentiments I’ve described. They concern our president, Barack Obama, and the creed known as Islam. The character of both have been distorted to compromise Americans’ better judgment, goodwill and compassion. This is not to say that I believe the president is a Muslim; in truth, I believe that Obama is either an atheist or an individual of agnostic leanings.

What I am saying – and why I have chosen to discuss these together – is that the confluence of threats posed by Barack Obama and Islam are the most serious existing threats to the survival of this nation. In very short order, either could exact an extremely grave toll on America, chiefly because Americans’ better judgment, goodwill and compassion have been compromised. Our human proclivity for denial in this area – in admitting to having been taken – presents at least as great a danger as those posed by Obama and Islam themselves.

Obama: America’s god-emperor

obama_roman1Gaius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, also known as Caligula, was the emperor of Rome from A.D. 37 to 41. It is generally accepted by historians that he probably murdered Tiberius, his predecessor, and also killed off his cousin, whom Tiberius had appointed co-ruler with Caligula upon his death. Caligula became something of a cult curiosity during the last century, particularly in the media (a handful of films were made about him), most likely because he was Rome’s most depraved emperor.

Showcasing the ancient ruler’s depravity in a society that was itself fast becoming markedly depraved made for titillating entertainment, I suppose – as well as garnering moviegoers’ dollars.

Caligula also believed he was a god. No, really: Shortly after he ascended to his high office, Caligula reportedly suffered from some sort of terrible physical malady that laid him up for weeks. When he recovered – if you could call it that – he revealed to his family and advisers that he had undergone a transfiguration that left him “a god.” There are a plethora of stories detailing his subsequent unhinged escapades – that he married and impregnated his sister, then eviscerated her and ate the fetus being among them. It is likely that some of these are Roman urban legends, but others are well-documented.

While his predecessors had gotten away with a lot, Caligula was the first of the Roman emperors to wholly disregard the Roman Senate and wield absolute power. He was said to have delighted in watching torture and executions, and spent his nights in orgies of gluttony and lust. His tendencies toward public sexual degeneracy and the summary execution of individuals for trifles offended even the questionable Roman sensibilities of the day. The Praetorian Guard assassinated him in January of 41.

What did the Benghazi survivors see?

benghazi2Now that Rep. Frank Wolf, R-Va., has revealed that survivors of last year’s deadly attack in Benghazi, Libya, were compelled to sign non-disclosure agreements that prevent them from talking about the attack, the questions are clear: What did the survivors see, and what was the Obama administration’s imperative for silencing them? The answers to the first question may, of course, provide answers to the second.

The evasion, equivocation and outright deceptions proffered by the administration on Benghazi thus far have piqued the suspicions of some and convicted the administration in the eyes of others. Myriad scenarios have been entertained in the minds of the curious and conspiracy theorists alike, but the fact is that the administration, by its actions, has inspired all of these.

So let’s factor this new information into that with which we are already familiar – limited though it may be – and see what shakes out.

There was no doubt a wide assortment of personnel on the ground at the Benghazi compound on the night of Sept. 11, 2012. In addition to military and intelligence assets, such facilities require clerical, information technology, facilities, transportation and even janitorial support personnel. Many of these probably did not have very high security clearance, but given their proximity, they would observe day-to-day occurrences at the compound and would necessarily have a handle on everything that transpired, even if from a casual perspective.

These murders tied to Obama?

graveyard1I know it’s typical for those on the political left to demand peer-reviewed studies, videotape and signed affidavits proving the assertions some of us make concerning the machinations of the Obama administration and socialist encroachment at large, but we all are aware by now that this is a diversion. It’s also a good indicator that we’re correct in said assertions. Like the left’s tendency for projection, wherein they accuse the opposition of that in which they are themselves engaged, it’s a fairly transparent ruse.

That said, the available evidence has long since established the Obama administration as a criminal enterprise and the president as both a treasonous and a disreputable individual. It is undeniable that Obama has enjoyed far more latitude than anyone in his position deserves; just this week, a new book by the Media Research Council’s Brent Bozell and Tim Graham detailing the media’s supporting role in Obama winning a second term was released.

The nefarious undertakings that facilitated Obama’s election in 2008 – discussion of which was considered to be of an overly conspiratorial nature even by many on the right back then – are practically old hat now, particularly in light of the high crimes of which the president is now suspected.

Michelle Obama: Prisoner at Large

mo_prisonerAs we’ve been apprised in the press, on July 2 Michelle Obama described living in the White House as being in a “really nice prison.” This occurred during a discussion with former First Lady Laura Bush at the “African First Ladies Summit” in Tanzania, an event that for some unfathomable reason merited moderation by NPR’s Cokie Roberts.
I’ve always thought “Cokie” is an astonishingly stupid name, by the way. But I digress.

The First Lady said she loved her job and found it liberating in some respects, but confining in others. “You can’t complain,” she went on to say.

Then what in the hell do you call what you’re doing? Describing one’s role as that of a prisoner isn’t a complaint?

The First Lady leading with her chin as such was too much of a temptation not to take a swing – and to elucidate with regard to the entitlement mentality, something about which Michelle Obama’s comments speak libraries rather than volumes.

I’ve always found uptight, imperious, belligerent black women to be almost amusing in their irksomeness, perhaps because I’ve known so many of them – and Michelle Obama most assuredly fits the bill for that archetype. I suppose that could be construed as a racist assessment, though it’s anyone’s guess as to whether I’ll be called out for it, my being a “person of color” and all. I promise to disparage uptight, imperious, belligerent liberals of another ethnicity and gender at a later date, if that’s any consolation.

But again, I digress…

Obama’s plans for Africa: Racist colonialism?

obama_salute1After renewed efforts to push his autocratic climate change agenda in the U.S., President Obama finally made his long-heralded trip to the African continent. Though his reception in some countries was celebrated, in others it was somewhat frosty; in an instance or two, Obama managed to turn a warm welcome into a sub-zero sendoff.

Obama’s visit to Senegal was more or less boilerplate for a powerful head of state. The most noteworthy event was probably a magnificently sappy photo-op with Obama staring wistfully from a stone doorway at Gorée Island, the “Door of No Return” through which Africans bound for slavery in the New World are reported to have passed.

On June 29, Africa Tour 2013 took a nosedive. In Johannesburg, South Africa, police were forced to fire rubber bullets and stun grenades into crowds of protesters before the president arrived at the University of Johannesburg. Hundreds of South Africans turned out to protest U.S. drone strikes, Mideast policy, support of Israel and Obama’s foreign policy in general.

It was in South Africa where Obama began putting his foot in it with reckless abandon. Speaking on climate change and economic growth at a town hall event in Johannesburg, President Obama claimed that “the planet will boil over” if everyone has access to air conditioning, automobiles and big houses unless the world finds “new ways of producing energy.” Those in undeveloped nations have been complaining for decades that the demands of developed Western nations with regard to environmental concerns serve to stultify the economic growth of Third World countries. Yet there was Obama, rubbing it in and demanding more compliance. Africans can ride bicycles for another 50 years; we’ll tell them how to grow.
